Alester II Arryn was a King of Mountain and Vale from House Arryn.[1]
History
Unlike kings Hugh and Hugo who used force to extend their realm to the islands off the coast of the Vale, Alester brought the Witch Isle, seat of House Upcliff, into his realm by taking Arwen Upcliff for his bride.[1]
