Knight of Saltpans[1] is a title held by the head of House Cox, the ruler of Saltpans in the Riverlands.[2]

When Saltpans is raided by a group reportedly led by Sandor Clegane (actually Rorge wearing Sandor's signature Hound helmet), Ser Quincy orders his castle gates shut and never leaves the castle to help the inhabitants of the town.[2]
