Lord of Cider Hall[1][2] is a title held by the head of House Fossoway, the ruler of Cider Hall in the Reach.[1]

History
Lord Owen Fossoway declared for the greens at the start of the Dance of the Dragons. He was one of the thirteen Caltrops, a group of nobles from the reach who conspired against the Two Betrayers. Lord Owen died in the Second Battle of Tumbleton in 130 AC.[1][2]
