Maekar was born after 169 AL because that is the year his elder brother Baelor Breakspear was born (it says that Baelor was 39 when he died in the Tourney at Ashford (208 AL)). Because Maekar has 2 other elder brothers it is reasonble to expect that he was not born before 172 AL

In the Sworn Sword Dunk says that it is 2 years after Ser Arlan of Pennytree died, Egg is 10. That means he is born in 199/200. Because Egg has 3 older brothers it is reasonble to expect that the eldest Daeron was not born after 196. Probably some years before that because he and Aerion were old enough to compete in the Tourney at Ashford. Let's say that a man must at least be 15 to father a child (not a rule but an assumption) that means that Maekar was at least 16 in 196 and might be 16 in 191 (That makes Aerion 15 in the tournament of Asford)

Maekar was born between 172 and 180. Probably 174.
