Morgil Hastwyck was a knight from House Hastwyck who lived during the reign of King Aegon IV Targaryen.[1]
Contents
History
Ser Morgil is renowned for slandering Queen Naerys Targaryen and being killed by her brother, Prince Aemon the Dragonknight, in trial by combat.[2][1] According to Grand Maester Kaeth's Lives of Four Kings, these accusations were instigated by Aegon IV himself, who was at the time quarreling with his son and heir, Prince Daeron.[1]
