Quenton Corbray was the Lord of Heart's Home and the head of House Corbray during the regency of King Aegon III Targaryen.[1]

Appearance and Character

Gyldayn describes him as both powerful and martial.[1]

History

In the dispute over succession after Lady Jeyne Arryn's death, Lord Quenton's uncle, Ser Corwyn Corbray, was killed at Runestone by a crossbowman whilst trying to confront a claimant to the Eyrie, Ser Arnold Arryn. As Ser Corwyn was one of the king's regents, killing him was an act of treason, and House Corbray rallied to Lady Jeyne's chosen heir, Ser Joffrey Arryn.[1]

In 136 AC, Lord Quenton made his way to King's Landing with Lord Arryn, Lord Gunthor Royce, and Isembard Arryn when the new regents were to be chosen by lot.[1]

Family

Quenton is mentioned as a nephew of Ser Corwyn Corbray.[1] As Corwyn was a second son and the younger brother of Lord Leowyn Corbray and only died after his older brother,[2] but did not succeed him as the Lord of Heart's Home,[3] Quenton must have been the son of Leowyn.
