Ralph Buckler is the Lord of Bronzegate and the head of House Buckler. His cousin is Ser Brus Buckler.[1]

A Storm of Swords
Lord Buckler hosts Prince Oberyn Martell and his entourage when they are on their way to King's Landing for the wedding of King Joffrey I Baratheon and Margaery Tyrell.[2]
Ralph offers a toast to the royal couple during the wedding feast at the Red Keep. However, Joffrey is poisoned moments later.[3]
