Skinner flays Theon Greyjoy's fingers for Ramsay Bolton. He is present in the great hall of the Dreadfort when Big Walder and Little Walder Frey bring Theon before Ramsay, who is joined by Arnolf Karstark and Hother Whoresbane.[5]
When Ramsay marries "Arya Stark" (actually Jeyne Poole) at Winterfell, Skinner boasts that he will be given a piece of the sheets from the couple's bedchamber.[6] Skinner and Sour Alyn toss a freerider from the Battlements Gate after the man angers Ramsay.[3]
