The Snapper is part of the mummer's troupe at the Gate in Braavos.[1]
Character
The Snapper is the wardrobe mistress, she makes all the costumes for the mummers. Izembaro might be the King of the Mummers, but the Snapper is the one that they all fear.[1]

As the mummers prepare to perform The Bloody Hand the Snapper assists them with their wardrobe.[1]
