The article lists it as a single crescent on blue, citing a Sansa chapter, but that description is not in the text. Rather, Hugh's cloak is described as sky blue with a border of crescent moons. This description of the cloak is reiterated in the Ned chapter following, though the shield itself is never actually described. If anything, the blazon should be a border of crescents, since that's the closest description we have of it.
