Evidence
- Mance is very, very fond of music, as was Bael.
- He is a King Beyond the wall.
- He uses the name 'Abel' when going to the Bolton wedding. Abel is an anagram of Bael.
- He snuck into a feast at Winterfell as a bard like Bael did.

His parents were killed when he was still very young. This was a long time ago so there may not be anyone alive who knew them and their ancestry. Scafloc 09:05, 3 May 2012 (UTC)
