With Tyrion exiled, Jaime a Kingsguard, Lancel abjuring his family for his faith, and the patriarchs dead, is Martyn technically the male head of House Lannister?--SquisherKing (talk) 09:59, 14 September 2015 (CDT)

Cersei is the Lady of Casterly Rock, and thus the head of House Lannister, at least according to A Dance with Dragons. --Rhaenys Targaryen (talk) 13:26, 14 September 2015 (CDT)
Which would technically make Tommen her heir, followed by Myrcella, (and any of their progeny) followed by Martyn, followed by etc. With Tommen already holding the titles of King of the Seven Kingdoms and Lord of Storm's End, should anything happen to Cersei, it is likely that Tommen would grant Casterly Rock to Myrcella or Martyn (perhaps giving SE to Myrcella and CR to Martyn) --Darion Storm (talk) 16:30, 14 September 2015 (CDT)
