- Hi Potsk,
- You're probably right but I also think Blackbean is a reference to the famous real world pirate Blackbeard whose name was Edward Teach.
- So in my opinion, Eddard "Ned" Stark, Sean Bean and Edward "Blackbeard" Teach became Ned "Blackbean" Bean in George's world.
