"For the realm"?

The beginning of the history section tells us not to trust anything Varys says, yet the character & appearance section tells us twice that he wishes to achieve order and stability (presumably gleaned from his claim to Ned that he serves "the realm.") Given the fact that Varys is currently sowing chaos and war in order to prepare for Aegon VI (Blackfyre?), he may not have been lying when he made his claim, but his definition is probably different than most. I don't think, however, that Varys serves the abstract concept of order. --Ser Aeron Connel, 06:07, 16 February 2012.

The concept that Varys wants 'ordered and stable Seven Kingdoms', is based on his statements and the his personalty section in the semi canon RPG campaign guide book. ALso, I see that Scafloc already rephrased the section in more agreeable way that have probably addressed your issue. --Mor 18:37, 16 February 2012 (UTC)

Looks good to me. :-) The RPG book has some truly great character portraits, it's just that it's been a few years since its publication and we have a little more info about some of these folks now. ````
