Wise Women
From A Wiki of Ice and Fire
The Wise Women were the retinue of women sent to Dragonstone by Queen Regent Alyssa Velaryon to serve as attendants and companions to her daughter, Queen Alysanne Targaryen. Their nickname came from the Wise Woman, the trading galley that took them from King's Landing to Dragonstone.[1]
