The Age of Heroes was an era during the history of Westeros from which the beginnings of many noble houses trace their family histories.

The Age

The age began with the signing of the Pact ending the War of the First Men and the Children of the Forest.[1] It was during this age that Lann the Clever, Bran the Builder and other famous personalities were reported to have existed.[2] It is an era that is shrouded in mystery, with more myth than fact known about it. It ended with the onset of the Long Night.
