Ser Jaime Lannister, fresh off his victory beneath the Golden Tooth, fell on the army encamped beneath the walls of Riverrun. The army scattered, the lords of the Riverlands put to rout. Ser Edmure Tully was among the nobles captured. Lord Tytos Blackwood led some of the surviving men back within Riverrun, preventing the castle's capture.[1]

Aftermath

Riverrun was besieged, which required Robb Stark to split his forces and hold Tywin Lannister off long enough to break the siege.
