Lord Benjicot Blackwood, also known as Ben Blackwood, was a member of House Blackwood and became Lord of Raventree Hall after the death of his father in the Dance of the Dragons.[2]

History

A member of the blacks, Lord Benjicot was only eleven years old when he participated in the Battle by the Lakeshore during the Dance of the Dragons. Although the soldiers from the Riverlands and the North defeated the Westerlands army in the battle, Ben wept when he saw all of the dead. When Prince Aemond Targaryen raided the Riverlands atop Vhagar, Ben asked Rhaenyra Targaryen to protect the river lords with her dragons, but Rhaenyra remained in King's Landing.[2]

Following the Second Battle of Tumbleton, Benjicot had one of his longbowmen, Billy Burley, put three arrows through the eye of the weakened dragon Tessarion.[2]
