Billy Burley was a longbowman in the service of House Blackwood during the Dance of the Dragons.[1] It is unknown if he was related to House Burley of the North.

History

Following the Second Battle of Tumbleton, Lord Benjicot Blackwood had Billy, his best archer, mercy kill the dragon Tessarion. From one hundred yards away Billy fired three shafts through the eye of the wounded dragon.[1]
