Billy was considered the best archer in the employ of House Blackwood during the Dance of the Dragons.[2]

History

Following the Second Battle of Tumbleton, Lord Benjicot Blackwood had Billy mercy kill Tessarion, the she-dragon of the late Prince Daeron Targaryen. From one hundred yards away Billy fired three shafts through the eye of the wounded dragon.[1][2]
