The Blind Lord was a noble of the north who lived near the Flint Cliffs. When he was ten, Balon Greyjoy scaled the cliffs to the Blind Lord's haunted tower.[1] He may have been a member of House Flint of Flint's Finger, the most powerful house in the region.
