Clement Celtigar was the heir to Claw Isle during the Dance of the Dragons.[1]

History

He was the son and heir of Lord Bartimos Celtigar. Clement became the Lord of Claw Isle after the death of his father during the riot in King's Landing in 130 AC.[2]

After the ascension of King Aegon III Targaryen, he rode to King's Landing from Duskendale with Ser Corwyn Corbray and Lady Staunton.[1]
