The Fowler twins are Jeyne Fowler and Jennelyn Fowler, the twin daughters of Lord Franklyn Fowler, Lord of Skyreach and Warden of the Prince's Pass. Jeyne is the elder. They have wispy yellow hair.[1]

Recent Events

A Feast for Crows

Nymeria Sand was abed with the Fowler twins when news of her father Oberyn Martell's death reached her.[2] Arianne Martell spent time at the Water Gardens with the Fowler twins in her youth.

Doran Martell does not trust Nymeria Sand because she is too close to the Fowler twins, and he cannot say who they would confide in.[1]
