Season 5 of Game of Thrones is the fifth season of the series. The series consists of ten episodes. The series is set to air in the Spring of 2015.

Season 5 is closely based on parts of A Feast for Crows and A Dance with Dragons the fourth and fifth novels in the Song of Ice and Fire series by George R.R. Martin.
