Grunt is a man-at-arms sworn to House Bolton. He is one of the Bastard's Boys.
Appearance and Character
Grunt lost his tongue for speaking carelessly within earshot of Roose Bolton.[1] He is described as brutal.[2]
Recent Events
A Dance with Dragons
Grunt is present in the great hall of the Dreadfort when Little Walder and Big Walder Frey bring "Reek" before Ramsay Bolton, who is joined by Arnolf Karstark and Hother Umber.[1] He and Sour Alyn are on guard at the door of Ramsay's bedchamber in Winterfell when Theon Greyjoy and the spearwives rescue "Arya Stark".[2]
