Leygood was one of the Caltrops during the Dance of the Dragons. He died in the Second Battle of Tumbleton.[4] His son, Ser Lucas Leygood, became Commander of the City Watch of King's Landing during the regency of Aegon III Targaryen.[4]

Ser Simon Leygood was a suitor for Lady Rohanne Webber's hand.[2]
