House Norrey is the formal name given to the Norreys, a mountain clan from the north that inhabits the high mountains north of the wolfswood.[1] Of the mountain clans, the Norreys live closest to the Gift.[2] The chief of the clan is known as "The Norrey", although at Winterfell he is given the treatment of "Lord Norrey".
Their arms do not appear in the book, but according to semi-canon sources, they blazon their banners with six green thistles over a yellow field.[3]

History
It is suggested that the Night's King was a Norrey, among the many possibilities.[4]
Recent Events
A Storm of Swords
Bran Stark recalls there are Norreys living in the high places during his trip to the Wall with Hodor, Meera, and Jojen Reed.
While going to the Twins to attend Lord Edmure Tully's wedding, Norrey men are caught on the wrong side of the Trident. They suffer heavy losses when attacked by Gregor Clegane in the fighting at the fords of the Trident.[5] During the Red Wedding, Catelyn Stark sees Owen Norrey killed by crossbow bolts.[6]
Maester Aemon sends birds to most noble houses from the north asking for help to fight wildlings at Castle Black, including the Norreys.[7]
A Dance with Dragons
Stannis Baratheon gains the Norreys for his cause.[8] Lord Brandon Norrey travels to the Wall and meets with Lord Commander Jon Snow,[9] while Brandon the Younger is part of Stannis's march on Winterfell.[8]
House Norrey at the end of the third century
The known Norreys during the timespan of the events described in A Song of Ice and Fire are:
- Lord Brandon Norrey: The Norrey. Chief of the Norrey clan.
- Brandon Norrey: His son.
With unspecified familiar relationship to him there are also:
- {Owen Norrey}: a young member of the clan. He was slain at the Red Wedding.
