Jalabhar Xho, Prince of the Red Flower Vale, is an exile prince from the Summer Islands.[1] He wears a cape of green and scarlet feathers over his black skin.[2]

A Game of Thrones
Jalabhar attended the Tourney of the Hand in King's Landing.[3] He lost to Anguy in the archery tournament.[4] After the death of Robert I, he remained in King's Landing throughout the War of the Five Kings.
A Clash of Kings
He attends the Tourney for King Joffrey's 13th Name Day in King's Landing.[5] He survived the riots in the streets of King's Landing when the procession was attacked on their return to the Red Keep after seeing Princess Myrcella off to Dorne.[6]
A Storm of Swords
Jalabhar attended the wedding of Sansa Stark and Tyrion Lannister. He was part of the group that accompanied Tyrion to meet the delegation from Dorne. He was a guest at the wedding of Joffrey I and Margaery Tyrell, giving Joffrey a bow of golden wood and a quiver of arrows fletched with green and scarlet feathers.[7]
