Lucas Lothston was a member of House Lothston. He was master-at-arms at the Red Keep during the reign of King Aegon III Targaryen.[1][2]
History
In 151 AC, after Prince Aegon was caught abed with Lady Falena Stokeworth, his father Prince Viserys married Falena to his master-at-arms Lucas Lothston and convinced King Aegon III Targaryen to name Lothston Lord of Harrenhal, to remove them from court.[1][2]
In 178 AC, Falena brought her fourteen-year-old daughter Jeyne Lothston to the court of King Aegon IV Targaryen. The king took Jeyne - who may have been his own daughter - as his eighth mistress, and named Lucas Lothston Hand of the King. It was rumored but not proven that King Aegon enjoyed mother and daughter together in the same bed. However, Aegon soon gave Jeyne a pox, and Lucas was banished from court along with his wife and daughter, having served less than a year as Hand.[1][2]
It is unclear whether this Lucas Lothston is the same Lucas Lothston called "the Pander".[3] But since "pander" means one who facilitates prostitution, and Lucas was rewarded for letting King Aegon the Unworthy have his wife and daughter, it is very possible that they were the same man.
