Prince Maron Nymeros Martell was a former Prince of Dorne.

History

Prince Maron signed the marriage treaty bringing Dorne under the rule of the Targaryen kings. In the treaty he agreed to marry his sister, Princess Myriah to Daeron II and in turn he would marry the daughter of Aegon IV, Daenerys Targaryen.

For his marriage, he had the Water Gardens built, to mark the occaision.[1]
