Mhaegen is the name given in HBO's Game of Thrones to the mother of Barra, the bastard infant daughter of King Robert I Baratheon. She is a prostitute from Chataya's brothel in King's Landing. The character is unnamed in the books. In the television series, she is played by Antonia Christophers.
