Norren is an Archmaester of the Citadel. His ring, mask and rod are made of electrum.[1]

Samwell Tarly goes to the Citadel to talk with Norren, who he thinks is the Seneschal, except Norren was the Seneschal of the Citadel two years before his arrival and it was now Archmaester Theobald.[2]
