Ser Osney and his brothers were ordered by Queen Cersei to dispose of the corpse of Shae. What they did with the corpse was of no concern.[4] Cersei sends Ser Osney on a mission to be caught seducing and bedding Queen Margaery Tyrell. The plan was for Tommen I to send him to the Wall as punishment where he would kill Lord Commander Jon Snow. During his torture, the Blue Bard was forced to list those he claimed to have been Queen Margaery's secret lovers, among them was Ser Osney's.[5] Ser Osney then confessed to the High Septon who had Margaery and some of her cousins arrested on charges. However, the High Septon had Osney tortured and under that duress, Osney told a different story which implicated Cersei. This news allowed the High Septon to arrest Cersei on similar charges to Margaery.[6]
