Ser Rolph Spicer is a knight of House Spicer and is the castellan of the Crag for House Westerling.[1] He is the brother of Sybell Spicer.
Appearance
Rolph is a square man, with a broken nose and a grey, close-shaven beard.[1]
Recent Events
A Storm of Swords
Ser Rolph comes to Riverrun as part of King Robb Stark's retinue after he marries Lady Jeyne Westerling. Grey Wind does not like him.[1] When Robb sets off to the Twins for Lord Edmure Tully's wedding, he sends Rolph to deliver Martyn Lannister to the Golden Tooth in exchange for Robett Glover.[2]
For the part he plays in the plan that leads to the Red Wedding, Rolph is raised to the rank of lord and is given the lands and incomes of Castamere.[3]
