A Storm of Swords

Tom of Sevenstreams recalls a time when he was forced to sing "The King Without Courage" and "The Name Day Boy" in order to gain passage when he arrived naked at the Bloody Gate, having had all his possessions except his harp stolen by Vale mountain clansmen. The incident is still spoken of in the Vale of Arryn, to which Tom has never returned, and he refuses to sing the song any more.[1]
