Vaes Tolorro is the name given by Daenerys Targaryen to an abandoned city in the red desert beyond the Dothraki Sea. Vaes Tolorro means the city of bones in the Dothraki language.[1]
The city has large white walls encircling it. They are cracked and crumbling. The city is a maze of narrow, crooked alleys. The buildings are built close together, their facades blank and chalky. The Dothraki had visited the city and had taken their statues.[1]
To the south of the city is barren until one reaches the ocean. To the southwest lie two more abandoned cities and more barren land.[1]
