Please use the [[Template:Copyright tags]], when uploading files. It exist to provide a standardized Copyright information for all of our media files, if you feel that your text better represent the Copyright license,then please update the template so all our tag'ed files would benefit from it.

Also we have more than thousand media files and the number is only growing, which makes it dificult to mange them. for this, this template also helps us to orgnize the files, in this case it auto places the covers in [[:Category:Cover Images]], which allows you to review/update/pick from all the cover images we have without the need of going article by article, over all the file list or uploading duplicates.

And last is time, I doubt you write that license text each time all over but if you do this template makes it shorter and faster, otherwise its the same you just copy paste this instead of the previous one.

There is no need for the PNG file, I already uploaded the new version with the correct spelling, even thou it looks like the old one it's the right one. The problem is our crappy cache setting... About the pictures from the Hedge Knight you recently uploaded: Amoka gave us permission to show work (non commercially) that he '''did no do for other companies'''. So that does not apply to the Hedge Knight pictures. The copyright of those pictures probably lies with the publishers, not with Amoka himself.

This does not have to mean that we cannot use the current collection you uploaded. I think all of those were pictures that were used on the cover of the Hedge Knight comics. If so we can make a case that showing these falls within the fair use license. The logic behind it is that showing the cover of a book is usually permitted and that it will not hurt the sales. So I think we should change the license. Also I think that where the picture is used in a character page we should fill in the image_caption parameter to acknowledge the copyright and perhaps add a link.
