Green Ronin owns the copyright

According to Michael Komarck Green Ronin owns the copyright to the Jaime and King Aerys painting. I never uploaded it due to not hearing from Green Ronin and getting their permission.--Melanie 16:58, 20 March 2014 (UTC)

Green Ronin is a company, just like Fantasy Flight, which gives permission.
Seeing as how at least two Green Ronin artists here, BrittMartin and Emile Denis, gave permission to use their work if they and Green Ronin were credited, I would assume that is the same stance of the company. --Lord Thornhart 02:34, 21 March 2014 (UTC)

Michael Komarck's permission is reliant on Green Ronin’s consent

I am well aware that Green Ronin is a company. However unlike Fantasy Flight Games, as far as I am aware, Green Ronin has never given its permission to have its art uploaded onto the wiki.

As I said, I contacted Michael Komarck and he gave his permission to upload the art he owned the copyright to. The “Jaime Aerys” art is not one of them - Green Ronin owns the copyright.

For the art that Michael Komarck does not own the copyright to he gave his permission to upload i.e. as long as there person who does own the copyright has given their ok.

I contacted both BrittMartin and Emile Denis via deviantart and they both gave their permission to have their art uploaded onto the wiki. I tried contracting Green Ronin but never got a reply from them.

I did NOT receive Michael Komarck’s permission to upload this particular piece, while I DID receive the permission of the other two Green artists. Therefore I thought it safe enough to upload Green Ronin’s art - so long as I at least received the Green Ronin artist’s permission.

Consequently you should understand my reluctance to have this work uploaded as I do not think the wiki can justifiably rely on lack of permission from the artist Michael Komarck, and lack of permission, at this point, from Green Ronin. If we get Green Ronin's consent for this then its ok to have on the wiki. --Melanie 21:28, 1 July 2014 (UTC)
