High King of the Vale, the Fingers, and the Mountains of the Moon was a title claimed by Robar II Royce, the last Bronze King of House Royce.
History
Robar II Royce unified the First Men in the Vale proper, the Fingers, and the Mountains of the Moon under his rule with the goal of fighting against the coming of the Andals, who had already carved out kingdoms for themselves by taking advantage of the rivalries between the First Men. Robar gained the allegiance of numerous houses and clans, including Belmores, Coldwaters, Hunters, Redforts, and Upcliffs.[1]
King Robar was the only one to bear the title, however, as he was slain in the Battle of the Seven Stars, after which the entirety of the Vale came under the rule of House Arryn as Kings of Mountain and Vale.[1]
