Ser Addam Frey was a knight from House Frey during the reign of King Aerys I Targaryen. He was a cousin to the daughter of Lord Frey of the Crossing.
Addam was considered a promising lance in his youth.
Addam attended the marriage of his cousin to Lord Ambrose Butterwell. He participated in the Whitewalls tourney, where he was unhorsed by Ser Uthor Underleaf in his second joust.
During the wedding feast of Lord Frey's daughter, an unnamed nephew of Lord Frey sang "The Bear and the Maiden Fair". This nephew could be Addam. Therefore, Addam could also be the son of Ser Franklyn Frey.
