Aegon Targaryen has been the name of several members of House Targaryen:
- Lord Aegon Targaryen, Lord of Dragonstone before the War of Conquest, the son of Daenys and Gaemon Targaryen;
- King Aegon I Targaryen (Aegon the Conqueror, Aegon the Dragon): Conqueror of the Seven Kingdoms, and first king of the Targaryen dynasty;
- Prince Aegon Targaryen, eldest son and heir of King Aenys I Targaryen;
- Prince Aegon Targaryen, eldest son and firstborn child of King Jaehaerys I Targaryen, died young;
- Prince Aegon Targaryen, youngest son of Prince Baelon and Princess Alyssa Targaryen;
- Aegon II Targaryen (Aegon the Usurper): Sixth Targaryen king. His rule was disputed by his elder sister, who had been named heir by their father Viserys I Targaryen;
- Aegon III Targaryen (Aegon the Dragonbane): Seventh Targaryen king;
- Aegon IV Targaryen (Aegon the Unworthy): Eleventh Targaryen king;
- Aegon V Targaryen (Aegon the Unlikely, Egg): Fifteenth Targaryen king;
- Prince Aegon Targaryen, son of King Aerys II Targaryen and Queen Rhaella, died young;
- Prince Aegon Targaryen, the son of Prince Rhaegar Targaryen and Elia Martell, alleged true identity of Young Griff;
