Prince Aegon Targaryen was the youngest child of Prince Baelon Targaryen and Princess Alyssa Targaryen. He was named after Aegon the Conqueror.[1] His older brothers were King Viserys I and Prince Daemon Targaryen.[2]
History
Alyssa never recovered from the difficult labor, and perished the same year of Aegon's birth. Aegon died the following year, just short of his first nameday.[1]
