Allar was a maester of the Citadel who served as Grand Maester during the reign of King Jaehaerys I Targaryen.

History

Allar was appointed Grand Maester in 97 AC during the late reign of King Jaehaerys I Targaryen, after the death of Grand Maester Elysar. He served for four years until he died of a stroke in 101 AC. His successor as Grand Maester was Runciter.^[1]
