Lady Arra Norrey was a member of House Norrey and the first wife of Lord Cregan Stark of Winterfell.[3]
History
Arra was a childhood friend of Cregan Stark.[1] She later married him shortly after he overthrew his regent uncle, Bennard Stark, and took control of the north in 126 AC. In 128 AC Arra died while giving birth[1] to a son, Rickon Stark.[3]
