Ser Bartimus is an old knight, the chief gaoler and castellan of the Wolf's Den.[1]
Appearance and Character
Bartimus is a descendant of the First Men who lived at the mouth of the White Knife before the coming of the Manderlys. He is often drunk. He has one leg and one-eye. Though he is a knight he worships the old gods.[1]
History
Ser Bartimus lost his leg to an unmanned horse falling on it and the Maester's saw. Wyman Manderly gave the Wolf's Den to him as a reward for saving his life at the Battle of the Trident.[1]

Bartimus discusses with Davos Seaworth when he is imprisoned at the Wolf's Den.[1]
