King Brandon Stark, called Ice Eyes, was a King in the North of House Stark. He was the great-grandson of Edrick Stark.
History
Brandon recaptured the Wolf's Den from slavers originating from the Stepstones during a long, cruel winter. He stripped the slavers naked and gave them to the ex-slaves chained up in the dungeon.[1]
