The City of the Winged Men is a legendary city in far eastern Essos.

Geography

It is located on the northwestern shore of the Hidden Sea within the Mountains of the Morn. Carcosa is situated on the southeastern shore.[1]

People

The city's inhabitants are said to have leather wings and to be able to fly like eagles.[2][3]
