Edmund Ambrose is a knight from House Ambrose.[1] His relation to Lord Arthur Ambrose, the head of House Ambrose, is unknown.

A Feast for Crows
While Brienne of Tarth waits for Dick Crabb, she reflects on the events at Highgarden when a group of knights made a wager on who would be the first to take her maidenhead. To woo her Edmund brought flowers and offered to ride with her.[1] After the bet was discovered Brienne sought out and defeated Edmund during the melee at Bitterbridge.[2]
