Lord Edwyle Stark, Lord of Winterfell and Warden of the North. He was the father of Rickard Stark. In the catacombs of Winterfell there is a statue of him.[1]. He is presumably the same Lord of Winterfell, who died with hundreds of his soldiers quenching the rebellion of the Skagosi about a hundred years before the War of the Five Kings. [2]
Edwyle had a sister who married a scion of the cadet branch of House Royce.[3]
