Ser Endrew Tarth is a member of the Night's Watch. He is the master-at-arms at Castle Black. Judging from his surname he was a member of House Tarth but it is not known what his relation is to the main branch of the house.
Recent Events
A Game of Thrones
Ser Endrew served at Eastwatch-by-the-sea until Lord Commander Mormont reassigned him to Castle Black as replacement for Ser Alliser Thorne. He becomes the new master-at-arms at Castle Black.[1] In his training he is gentler then his predecessor.[2]
A Storm of Swords
Ser Endrew was slain at the Battle of the Bridge of Skulls.[3]
